All 46 South Carolina counties; record-level civilian fire fatalities (incident county), 2020-2024.
Incident-based civilian fire fatalities compiled by the SC Office of State Fire Marshal (CLEAR team) as a record-level census — one row per victim (date, county, occupancy, age, sex, race) — served via an ArcGIS FeatureServer behind the public SC Fire Fatality Dashboard. Exact and unsuppressed (no small-cell suppression); counties with no fatalities in 2020-2024 are true zeros (they appear in other years of the same statewide census). Includes structure, manufactured-home, motor-vehicle, and outdoor fire deaths; excludes firefighter line-of-duty deaths. Per-county counts for 2020-2024 sum exactly to the statewide totals each year (99/103/95/98/85 = 480), and reconcile to the OSFM annual Fire Fatalities Fact Sheet PDFs.
